While I know the rains missed some of you this morning, it was another great night of storms that dropped some hefty rain totals over parts of our area, especially the regions where the worst of the drought is occurring, in and around the Hill Country. My gauge in Helotes (NW of San Antonio) recorded another 2.28 inches overnight and some locations saw over 4 inches of rain. As I make this post, those of you to the SE of San Antonio are still seeing rain from our storm complex that is moving east.
