One last chance for a while…

3-9-26. 3:15pm This Update is brought to you by Davy Ranch Supply. We have an extensive supply of fencing materials including barbed and netting wire, t-posts, cedar and treated posts, brace and twist pipe, staples, clips, and welded panels. We also stock 7 different types of medium and heavy-duty gates ranging in length from 4 ft-20 ft. We sell galvanized portable panels and 24 ft free-standing pipe panels, too. We have concrete and poly water troughs in various sizes along with a selection bunk and hay feeders. www.davyranchsupply.com

There are a few scattered showers and storms roaming around our area this afternoon...we have a slight chance for rain this afternoon and evening.

One more chance for rain before high pressure takes over and we move into what will likely be at least two weeks of no precipitation. While our Baja low move east across Mexico east, a cool front will be joining the party tomorrow night to give south-central Texas a chance for severe weather and the potential for some pockets of heavy rain. Unfortunately, as has been the case for the past winter season and beyond, most of the rain will stay along and north of HWY 90.

For those of you in the western Hill Country, heads up for the potential for some severe storms tomorrow afternoon and evening. While there will be the usual large hail and high wind threat, there may also be some isolated tornadoes. We will likely see a Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued tomorrow afternoon. Below is the latest update from the NWS.

Here is a link to 48 hour rainfall totals for south-central Texas: IEM :: PNS from NWS EWX . While I know many of you were disappointed with this system, thankfully some of you saw some decent rainfall totals in your backyard.
