You know its been a rough month when you get excited to see a slight chance for scattered storms! Our Hell High will weaken a little on Thursday and Friday and move slightly NW. This will allow a chance for a small disturbance to move south into our area from the north. The combo will give us a chance for rain on both days.

Beyond that blip in our weather picture, the models are starting to look more positive for rain around the 7th or 8th of September as the high that has been over us, moves eastward. This would not only allow sea breeze storms to return, but anything forming in the Gulf would move our direction. Speaking of the Gulf, there is still a chance for a tropical something to form in the Atlantic. Details below.
