A very nice day out there, especially compared to our recent very cold ice and sleet days over the past week! I’m seeing most locations in the 60’s and 70’s ahead of front #1 (wimpy) which is currently to our NW. Front # 1 will move through this evening, kicking up our winds to over 20mph tonight and tomorrow. Overnight on Friday (Saturday morning), we get a glancing blow of arctic air that will make Saturday quite chilly with most of us only seeing 40’s for highs along with 20mph wind gusts! By Sunday morning, most locations will drop into the teens and twenties. The arctic air moves out as quickly as it moved in and by Monday our highs will be back in the 60’s. After this weekend, I’m not seeing additional arctic incursions for our area anytime soon.

Rain odds, as usual, are taking a dive as we get closer to next week. What was looking like a potential rain event is looking more like a potential light rain event, if even that.
