Two fronts coming, but both look mainly dry.

While we could still see some changes in the models over the next week, as of today it looks like two fronts will move through (Saturday and next Wednesday), but neither will deliver what we need most…decent rainfall. On the positive side, Wednesday’s front should drop our lows into the 50’s and 60’s and highs in the 80’s.
Looking further down the road, most of the models are forecasting a strong front to move through at the end of the month, sending our lows into the 40’s for the first time this season. Rain odds from that front are still too far out to make any guesses…the GFS thinks little to no rain and the Euro shows some, but not much rain. It’s tough to be hoping for better rain chances in November when it’s still only the middle of October!
