While we could see a few wildly scattered storms this afternoon, the show for us starts tomorrow. This from the NWS: “Today's risk for severe weather has shifted to the north of South Central Texas. A few light to moderate shower and maybe an isolated thunderstorm is possible across the Hill Country. For Saturday, a level 2 of 5 for severe thunderstorms and level 2 of 4 risk for excessive rainfall are in place for a good portion of South Central Texas as a cold front pushes across the local area. There is a second episode for the potential of severe thunderstorms and localized heavy rain Tuesday through Wednesday of next week as another cold front moves over the local area.” Pease make sure your NOAA radio is turned on along with your emergency phone apps for local warnings.
