While there is still a chance for scattered showers and storms for another 24hrs, mainly east of HWY 281 north and south. Unless we see more rain training, the big rains have shifted NE of our area. I am amazed at the one day and three day totals for both south-central and south Texas. Almost everyone recorded at least a half inch of rain and as you probably already seen, some locations in and around San Antonio recorded 5-7 inches of rain!

Here is a link to 24hr rainfall totals in south-central Texas: IEM :: PNS from NWS EWX

The CPC continues to keep us in the better than 50/50 odds for above normal rain through the end of the month and into May. We will look into our next rain chances tomorrow.
