I always love it when it rains more than the models were forecasting! A disturbance moved into south Texas overnight and boosted rainfall totals not only for that area, but lead to many locations recording 1-2 inches over the past two days.

We will see more scattered activity over the next 24hrs before high pressure moves back in and sends us back to typical summer weather with highs in the 90’s, lows in the 70’s and little to no chance for rain for the next 7-10 days.
