Just what we don’t need…a dry, gusty front on Saturday! Because one is heading our way, the NWS has issued a Red Flag Warning from 10am through 9pm. Obviously, that big bon fire you were planning, should be re-scheduled. Details are below.

On the plus side, it will feel more like late February than it has over the past week with lows dropping down into the 40’s and highs mainly in the 70’s through Tuesday. By Wednesday, its back to the 80’s and potentially 90’s by Thursday.

We will dive into the latest CPC monthly and seasonal outlooks tomorrow, but the latest 8-14 day outlook goes along with what I’m seeing with the models…we may see an increase in rain odds by early March.
