For those of you who have had too much rain and flooding, you will like this forecast…for the rest of you, you won’t be happy. As for tropical help, the latest disturbance, (93L) only has a 40% chance of becoming a tropical storm and will likely move west along the coast of Florida and Alabama before heading north into Louisiana by Friday.
