I’ll be on the road today, but I wanted to post the latest model runs and info from the NWS for you guys this morning. An upper-level shortwave will move in from the west this afternoon, sparking scattered storms that will develop around noon, then into our area from Mexico and west Texas. Best odds for rain and severe storms will be along the border and south Texas, but the western Hill Country and as far east as San Antonio may get in on the action as well. Hail and high winds will be the main threat from these storms and as always, please tune into your local NOAA weather radio or emergency apps for specific warnings for your location.
