Fantastic early May weather out there with temperatures mainly in the 70’s! April was kind to most of you with a big part of our area seeing above normal rainfall. Details below, along with three day totals. Here is a 48hr rainfall link from the NWS for south-central Texas: IEM :: PNS from NWS EWX
The latest CPC outlooks for the next two weeks and the month of May continue to favor above normal rainfall. Rain chances return by late Tuesday through the rest of the week, thanks to another front that should arrive on Wednesday, then go stationary in south Texas. A low pressure over Baja will send disturbances our direction and the combo could lead to more decent rainfall totals…more on this system tomorrow!
