Depending on where you live, April was either kind or no so kind for rainfall totals. My weather station in Helotes, (NW Bexar County) measured 3.02 inches for the month. Rainfall totals ranged from 0.07 in Val Verde County to over 12 inches near College Station. So far this year, if you live east of HWY 281 and I-37 south, you are probably doing OK…if you live west, not so much.
